At FTS Travels, we put your well-being and safety first, so we’ve adjusted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
All cancellation requests should be sent via WhatsApp or emailed to provide written confirmation to the company that your request has been cancelled.

• In the Day Tours/shore Excursions:

If it is canceled before 24 hours from the tour date, you will be refunded the full amount of the trip. Otherwise, the paid amount will be withheld by us!

1. Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund
2. Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund

• In the Travel Package:

If you cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

1. We will refund the total cost of the tour from the date of booking until 2 weeks before your arrival.
2. From the date of booking until 1 week before your arrival, 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
3. 100% of the total tour cost will be charged 6 to 1 day before your arrival.
