Booking Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions apply to each trip offered by FTS Travels: FTS Travels (the “Company”) is a member of IATA and ASTA and the Egyptian Travel Agency Association (ETAA) and is legally licensed under license A-2428 of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.
Securing your Booking:
In order to ensure that FTS Travels can secure your reservation, we will need to be informed of your request. Once notified, a company representative will contact you to sort out the details and finalize your travel agreement, sending you your travel itinerary as final confirmation. Once all the above Details are confirmed the next step is to pay the deposit, which can be done easily via PayPal or credit/debit card.
Amendments by the Client:
Any adjustments to the original booking will be subject to availability. Once full payment has been received or the voucher has been issued, no further administrative fees will be charged except for ticket changes.
Changes to group tours based on the agreed content of the tour description are only permitted if they do not affect the entire booked itinerary. Alternatively, you can join our private tours to make changes to suit all your travel needs.
Payment Policy:
For payment security, you must first inform us of your request. After receiving the application, our agent will communicate with you, discuss and solve the program and arrangement you need, and send the program details to you for final confirmation. Then you need to confirm the details and pay the company the amount via PayPal or credit card.
- Day Tours/Shore Excursions/Transfers
You can pay our tour guide/representative in full for the day trip. Otherwise, you will be required to pay 25% of the total amount via PayPal or credit card for flight safety or sleeper train reservations.
- Travel Package
We offer a low deposit of just 10% to secure your place on your trip, including hotel cruise cabin domestic airfare, and other travel-related services.
Then you can get the next 30% one week before your arrival date.
The balance can be paid in cash to your guide upon arrival at the destination. Therefore, your booking is a risk-free investment.

Cancellation Policy
At FTS Travels, we put your well-being and safety first, so we’ve adjusted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
All cancellation requests should be sent via WhatsApp or emailed to provide written confirmation to the company that your request has been canceled.
- In the Day Tours/shore Excursions:
If it is canceled before 24 hours from the tour date, you will be refunded the full amount of the trip. Otherwise, the paid amount will be withheld by us!
- Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund
- Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund
- In the Travel Package:
If you cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:
- We will refund the total cost of the tour from the date of booking until 2 weeks before your arrival.
- From the date of booking until 1 week before your arrival, 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
- 100% of the total tour cost will be charged 6 to 1 day before your arrival.
Force Majeure:
FTS Travels offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case a government or airline issues a travel warning to and from your departure country and destination. If this happens, we will refund the amount you paid for the tour package, or in some cases your payment will be Can be used as future travel credits and travel vouchers to any destination we travel to. You have the flexibility to use this amount for new travel services booked within 12 months. Change/cancellation fees apply to flights only and are based on Airline terms and conditions.
Refunds
Refunds are usually returned to the same account and using the same method as the original payment. No refunds will be given if an existing booking does not show up.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
Flights
- Domestic Flights:
We quote average prices for flights with approximate times. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previous bookings may change the total package price.
- International Flights:
Enjoy great rates from your point of departure to any destination we travel to, and your travel advisor will book you the right flight to match your scheduled travel at a great price in a timely manner.
Children Policy (Children share parent’s room)
- Policy 1: Applies to Nile Cruise and Hotel Packages
- Under 2 years old: free of charge
- Under 6 years old: 25% of the total adult tour fee
- Under 12 years old: 50% of the total adult tour fee
- All children 12 years or older are considered adults.
- If your travel package includes a flight, you may have to pay extra for your child.
- Policy 2: Sightseeing Tours and Shore ExcursionsUnder 6 years old: free of charge
- Under 12 years old: 50% of the total adult tour fee
- All children 12 years or older are considered adults.
- You may have to pay extra for your child if your sightseeing tour includes a domestic flight or ferry.
Steps to make a reservation:
- Choose from our wide range of exciting excursions.
- Collect in the basket or book now.
- Pay in full via PayPal or when you arrive in Egypt.
- After booking, you will receive your travel voucher collection time etc. via email.
Complaints
If you have any complaints at your destination, please notify the company (FTS Travels) immediately as most issues can be resolved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, please call the Customer Service Manager while you are still traveling; If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you must write to Customer Service Management.
Acceptance of the agreement:
The Company’s acceptance of the Customer’s reservation under these Booking Conditions shall constitute a contract that shall constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company. Deposit or balance payment via bank transfer confirms that the tour participant fully understands and accepts all terms and conditions.
Responsibility:
FTS Travels will do its best to protect our customers and their property but is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items, flight delays, or injuries.
