Prices:

• Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid until October 5, 2023. Please inquire about pricing over Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays

Children Policy : 

• Up to 2 years: FREE
• Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
• Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
• Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)
If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Booking Policy :

Low deposit of only 10% to secure places on the tour including hotel, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket and other travel-related services. you can get the next 30% a week before the arrival date.

payment :

• cash to your guide upon arrival
• 2 options for online payment (credit card or PayPal) with no fees

Cancellation policy : 
Cancellation requests should be by email to confirm that your reservation should be canceled.

If you cancel your trip, the following schedule of fees will apply:

• From the date of booking up to 2 weeks before your arrival, the total tour price will be refunded.
• From the date of booking until 1 week before your arrival, 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Between 6 and 1 day before your arrival, 100% of the total tour price will be charged.”

Tipping:
Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
