LisaUnited Kingdom Excellent day. Pick up was on time and fast. Van had no Aircon but was only 20 from the hotel. On arrival your given the plan for the day and given the option to purchase a head scarf and goggles which we did. We had a break between activities which is good as it was super hot on our day. Staff were excellent couldn't ask for better We had a photographer taking pictures all day that was perfect we bought them all, very reasonable price. Food was really good and the entertainment was fun. All in all great day was had by our whole family. Would book again

We all had a great day. This was our second time doing the desert safari and I would go again if I came back to Egypt. It really is fun, highly recommend

IhebNetherlands What can I say about this excursion? AMAZING! We were picked up on time from our hotel and, after a short break, received a clear explanation of the day’s activities. We started with a 45-minute quad ride, followed by a 20-minute buggy ride, with photo stops during both (we had photographers with us but you can also take your own pictures). Next, we travelled by jeep/toyota to a Bedouin village, enjoyed a short camel ride, met local people who shared their way of life, had tea, and had the opportunity to buy handmade souvenirs. We then returned for a delicious dinner, followed by a dance and fire show. The food was excellent and much better than on other excursions we’ve done. The entire experience was well organized, great value for money, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

With a brilliant guide. from start to finish the whole team were brilliant. visiting a village in the desert to ride camels, have tea and try some of their bread, then back to ride the quads & buggys, finishing with dinner & a show. we are a family of 4 with a 15yr old & 9yr old and we all really enjoyed ourselves big shout out to the ava sfari team.

LindseyUnited Kingdom what an amazing day we had on Sunday. our guide and photographer was absolutely amazing (we cant actually remember there names and cant find the piece of paper he wrote them down on) the only thing I would say is that we weren't allowed to get any speed up on the quads or spider buggies, until they pulled me out so I could put my foot down and jump to the front, after we had a quiet word and said we wanted to go a bit faster. as we was the only 2 English people there on that day we had a bit of a private guided tour as our guide was dealing with the lovely German folk first then we got our own English part of it. nothing was too much of a hassle it was very well organised and a great deal of fun, and we will deffinatley be back to do it again next time round.
DanielUnited Kingdom Buggy’s were great fun even with a couple malfunctions , guides were full of energy and gave us a lot of their time on the breaks. Camels were fun but really difficult to ride how ever there was plenty of support from the staff to help you stay on and got some great pictures. Bbq wasn’t great and ended up in dispute over some milkshakes prices at the end. Star gazing was also not quite what I expected it to be there was a telescope set up and we did see Jupiter and Venus and a few other stars through this , however the star guide English wasn’t great so didn’t know what they were. More positives than negatives though and I would recommend this trip , the other animals at the venue are very interesting

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very accommodating couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived they explained the whole day to us and our first stop was Bedouin Village and camel riding we got a thorough tour and explanation of different things around Bedouin Village which was excellent the camel riding was also an amazing experience. We then headed back and again the vibes in the car were unbelievable signing and dancing . When we arrived back it was then time to go on the quads and buggies which were both amazing the staff were so good with pictures and videos all day. After all the activities we had food which was lovely, fresh fruit and salad, chicken and some traditional Egyptian dishes. It was then time for the belly dancing, fire show etc which was excellent they were getting the crowd involved in this too.

Everything was very well organised from start to finish. A big thank you to our guide Gassel and the photographer Ayman, who also helped throughout the trip. Both of them were extremely friendly, patient, professional and always active with the group. They made everyone feel comfortable and looked after us the entire time. The whole experience was great, starting with the quad bikes and buggies, then the desert trip, and finishing with a nice evening show and decent food. We were honestly a bit sceptical at first because we booked everything online, but they completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

rachelIreland we had such an amazing time, the quads were grand wish we could have gone faster but we had the kid line . the beach buggys were absolutely incredible experience. amazing from start to finish . the village trip to and from was brilliant kids called it a long rollercoaster, but I do feel there is too much time spent there, especially with the blazing heat . food and the show was amazing and fed even the pickiest of eaters something . our guide of the tour group Leo was outstanding and full of energy even when we all thought we were dead from the heat . thank you so much and would highly recommend booking with this tour for anyone questioning

The guide (sorry forgotten his name) was amazing, allowing us to get some good speedand spread out when the terrain opened up. Highly recommend this activity especially if you’ve done the quads before. You can purchase some pics afterwards and in fairness they were very good, but remember to negotiate a price.

We had a family 4 seat Polaris 1000 razor buggy and it was great. We had a good amount of time driving in all terrains up hill, down hill , various camber through the dunes and flat out at times too. Couple of breaks including a stop at the lagoon. Will definitely do it again next time as, every aspect was good.

You’re taken out into the deserts around Hurghada (Makadi Bay area) and it starts with arriving at the base, meeting the guides, getting a quick rundown of the day and being fitted with the gear. After that, everyone gets split depending on the package they booked. We ended up going solo with a guide because we chose the dune buggy option, and it turned out to be the best decision. The ride was fast-paced, loads of hills, turns, proper desert terrain — exactly what you’d want. Our guide Mustafa was brilliant. He really pushed the speed and made it way more exhilarating without ever feeling unsafe. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Out of all the excursions we looked at, I’m really glad we chose this one. Worth noting: the buggy is about 2 hours, but from El Gouna it’s roughly a 1.5-hour drive each way. Scarves and goggles aren’t included but can be bought there cheaply (around £3–£4). Overall, top day out. Definitely recommend.

The sand buggy experience was great we had a laugh and my wife enjoyed her turn at driving, don’t expect anything extreme, also don’t forget you will need to hire goggles if you don’t use your sunglasses, you can buy the face scarfs not expensive we paid around £3 for the scarf each. The BBQ was more of a buffet which is fine considering what you pay but don’t get too excited.. Our only disappointment was the stargazing as you literally stepped outside the compound where they stored the quad bikes.. lots of light pollution and a quick look at the moon then head back home. We were thinking that we were going to be more in the desert under the stars experience. Be prepared for the hard sell of any pictures that they take of you. I would still recommend the activity for a bit of fun..
